Ustream Viewer Beta for Google Android Released
Ustream has released a beta edition of its Ustream Viewer application for Google Android users.
From Shakira’s new music video, 50 Cent’s movie screening, the Twilight: New Moon Red Carpet premiere, and tonight’s concert with KISS from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the premium, entertaining content Ustream has come to represent is now available on Android devices, and is available for free download in the Android Market. Watch any Ustream show from anywhere!
Users would of course require online connectivity through Wi-Fi or 3G.
This application is now available on Android Market as a free download and Android Viewer provides chat and functionality with Android 1.5, 1.6 and 2.0 platform devices.
The company had recently made available Ustream Android Broadcaster which enabled Android owners to broadcast video directly from their smartphones.
